Unworthy Rulers

Why let the impious
Among men
Become their leaders
Acting as a friend
Look at the disgrace
Tyrants created
Seen as vile by the races
Abhorred and hated
Did they not look
At the steps they took?
The tyrants messed up their mind
Mercy and kindness they could not bind

I can only hope
A valuable lesson was shown
That inhabitants of the world may know
To choose carefully whom they wish to follow
